How do you set ringtones for the Verizon Wireless Motorola L7c phone?

I have a motorola L7c phone and I send my ringtones via email by a picture text message. However, the ringtone goes to the sounds section, and there are no options to save it as a ringtone. Is there a possible way for me to move the ringtone to the ringtones section? |||as far as I know verizon phones won't let you do that, you have to buy it from thier programs or you can't use it.
