Anybody know how to unlock a motorola razor that is permanently locked?

Just put in a at%26amp;t sim card onto my old t-mobile motorola razor. It required a subsidy password and I entered to many passwords to many times and now it says "contact service provider" I cant call them now cuz they're closed, and I really need my phone. Anybody know how to manually reset it?|||if it has a bad esn its impossible.
