I Have a K1m Motorola Celphone and I have the Motorola Phone Tools Software, but the Celphone seems to have this access blocked because I can't even see the contacts in my phone.
I can do that with my wife's celphone V3m.
My carrier is verizon.
Thanks any help!|||Sorry to sound so obvious, but contact your Verizon dealer for advice. It seems like an easier chore than to have so much difficulty; perhaps a problem in one of your phones?
