I have the Motorola Phone Tools software installed, but my cable connection does not work. The outlet works fine, because I'm able to charge my phone, but there is no response with my cable connection. I even unplug the cable connection and plug it back in and there is still no connection detected when it's time for the setup to look for one. No connection notification, nothin. Brand new cable. Could anyone help me?|||The connectors for the cable are quite small... Take a can of compressed air and clean out the connector on the phone... Just a short burst of air should clean out any lint that might be in there from your pocket....
