How do I install games from my computer on to my motorola v3xx using motorola phone tools?

I have jar game files and i have a converter to make them jad files if thats what i need but everytime i tried to transfer to my motorola v3xx phone i get an error message of unsupported media type 0xf.|||for motorola phone you can t install it like that. you must load it from a sony ericsson phone and then send the jar file to the motorola phone. Then when it reaches motorola phone it will be installed automaically. If error message still persist, means the jar application is not compatable with your phone|||transfer the games you want by the mobile cable or using bluetooth
