How do you manually use the web browser on a motorola razr v3c?

I just got a new motorola and I have the internet for it and I want to download ringtones using the internet but I don't know how to manually type in a web address. Can anyone help me?|||click menu or options, then click: go to URL. then type in the address.|||Thanks for the help
