How can I make my Motorola phone read arabic?

I have a Motorola phone and whenever I receive arabic or farsi messages, I get questions marks. Is there anything I can do to make it understand arabic?|||You should download the software , you can do that by going to your Motorola Dealer in your country, and ask him to download for you the recommended Software..
