Where can I upload a driver for my verizon 750 motorola phone so I can transfer files to my computer?

I have pictures and video on my motorola adventure 750 phone. It doesn't recognize it when I plug it into my usb port.|||Both the Verizon and the Motorola web sights have downloads for their phones.
