How can I get my Motorola KRZR K1M contacts on my cellphone into my computer?

I hooked up the USB cable from my computer to my cellphone, but I am not sure if I have the right software. I went to the Motorola website and downloaded it, but I cant get it to pull up an interface screen with my contacts.
