How can i make my Motorola RAZR V3i capture unlimited video capturing?

I have a motorola razr v3i phone. It captures less than 5 minutes of video. Is there any method or software for increasing the time limit? Please tell me in detail.|||you can't... there's a limit... on my treo, you can, because i put my sd card in, and there's an option for "limit of video", and i choose "unlimited"... but i think that's just pda cell phones...|||my Verizon only takes 15 seconds. i ask the rep can I lenghten that %26amp; they said no.
