How do you upload pictures from Motorola W385 to your computer?

I have the Motorola W385 cell phone and I have a USB cord for it, but when I try to upload pictures from it to my computer, it doesn't work and I really don't know what to do.|||send the pictures as a text message, costs a little bit more, but easy to do|||That feature is probably disabled by your service provider.
