How can i upload my photos from my motorola phone to my pc?

I have a motorola W385. And wondering if i need to download something, cuz it doesn't work if i plug it in through my usb.|||use min sd card or usb|||I'm not sure if this works with your phone, but you could text them to your email. I do that with my pics that i want to upload onto my computer. Good luck!
