How can i get my pictures of my Motorola v8?

Lost the lead and disc a while ago and never uploaded the Motorola to the PC. Phone is due for and upgrade soon, is there anyway i can get my pictures of my phone? They are of my kids and i don't want to lose them.|||i don't know, did you try downloading them into your monitor? on your cellphone, it worked for me.
