How Do I Get Songs from my computer to my Motorola w490 phone?

How do i get songs to it from my computer? I connect the USB cable to my compuer, and then connect it to my Motorola w490. However, everytime I go to MyComputer Removable Disk(E:), it says to please insert a disk into Drive E:. Does anyone know to to fix this? My V360 at least came with a 64MB card to start me off.
