How do you get pictures from a motorola rokr cell phone to your documents folder in your computer?

i have a motorola rokr and i have some really cool pics that i want on my computer.but when i connect my rokr to my computer all that happens is the itunes comes up since the rokr can have itunes on it.please i need help.|||u dnt. u pack it up and send it to me duuuuuuuuuh
